New Scifi & Fantasy Releases: Week of July 1st

Posted by Simcha 5:31 PM, under | 7 comments

I have fallen so behind on SFF book news that I decided it was time to start putting together these lists again so that I wouldn't miss out on any other fantastic books. While compiling the list I discovered that several sequels that I had been been waiting for had already been released while I was looking the other way and so I'm going to have to make sure to chase those down.

With that said I have to admit that there is nothing here that really jumps out at me at this time though maybe it's just because I haven't heard anything about these books. Do you know of any gems here that I have overlooked?

Hope you have a great reading week!

Without warning, the aliens transport small groups of humans from the competing scientific communities of Houston, Texas and Bangalore, India to the vast interior habitats of Keanu. Advent is about the only one that sparked any interest.

I'm really glad you are back to doing these lists. I've missed them.

Thanks Ryan ;) Advent does sound like it could be good and the cover is pretty cool. I'll have to see what the reviews of it say.

Blodeuedd: Which one? Or do you mean all of them? ;)

Yay, I'm glad you're doing these again! You always have books I don't see anywhere else.

I saw your post on LinkedIn and it brought me here. I write sci-fi thrillers (www.sciencefictionthrillers.com). SPECTRA was released last July and earned a TOP PICK rating with RT Book Reviews Magazine. I'm mentioning this as the sequel, ENTITY, is due to be released on July 20th. It's currently in for review with RT Book Reviews.
